Open Gym

Open gym is a great time for your child to explore gymnastics in a safe and fun environment! 
The gym opens its doors to any gymnast who wishes to workout on any events they choose. 
Safety certified instructors supervise all activities on all events.
Bring a friend and share the gymnastics experience!

Saturdays
8:30am – 10:00am 
(Huntington, Smithtown, Centereach, Rocky Point & Levittown Locations, Not offered in Garden City)

Rules & Policies

  1. Gymnasts are not permitted on any apparatus without supervision.
  2. All participants must stretch properly before beginning any activity.
  3. All students must sign in and pay a cash fee before entering the gym.
