- Gold Medal Ninja: High-energy classes for children up to 12 years old

- Gold Medalists (5-7 years): Learn the fundamentals of USAG Level 2 & 3
- Mini-Team (5-8 years): Introduction to competitive gymnastics training while in a fun environment

- High School Group Program (14+ years): Opportunity for high school students to utilize our space to practice

From Eastern Long Island. Long Island Expressway (495) to route 231 Deer Park Avenue (exit 51), make right at the exit light (north). Take Deer Park Avenue for approximately 2 miles and fork left under the bridge at the firehouse. The road will change to Park Avenue. Take Park Avenue approximately 2 more miles to Pulaski Road (CitiBank on the corner), make a right onto Pulaski Road, gym immediately on left next to CitiBank. Parking on far left side of building. Look for big blue awning
From NYC, Upstate, Nassau. Long Island Expressway East (495) to route 231 Dear Park Avenue (exit 51), make a left at the exit light (north). Take Deer Park Avenue for approximately 2 miles and fork left under the bridge at the firehouse. The road will change to Park Avenue. Take Park Avenue approximately 2 more miles to Pulaski Road (CitiBank on the corner), make a right onto Pulaski Road, gym immediately on left next to CitiBank. Parking on far left side of building.
