Preschool Gymnastics:

• Bronze Babies (walking to 3 years): Parent-assisted classes

• Intro to Rec (5 years): 5 year olds will get an early introduction to gymnastics equipment
• Girls Gymnastics (6 years+): 90 minute program focusing on 4 olympic events
• Girls & Boys Gymnastics (6-18 years): Focuses on flexibility, strength, and self-esteem
• Gold Medal Ninja: High-energy classes for children up to 12 years old

• Gold Medalists (5-7 years): Learn the fundamentals of USAG Level 2 & 3
• Mini-Team (5-8 years): Introduction to competitive gymnastics training while in a fun environment
• Pre-Team (8+years): Master new skills at an accelerated pace
• High School Group Program (14+ years): Opportunity for high school students to utilize our space to practice

• Tumbling and Trampoline: Concentrates on floor skills and aerial techniques
• Dancenastics: Focuses on tumbling and acrobatic skills used in dance
• Beginner Flipping Class: Build strength, balance and flexibility
• Advanced Flipping Class: Learn how to do a back tuck, side aerials and layouts
