Welcome to Gold Medal Gymnastics Center of Rocky Point, Long Island; part of the renowned Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja family. We have been developing young athletes across Long Island since 1973. Our Rocky Point facility is one of 7 state of the art gyms that combine over half a century of gymnastics excellence in a modern, unparalleled environment for children to grow, learn, and excel. Included in each gym is our premier Gold Medal Ninja training course.

Preschool Gymnastics
Our award-winning preschool gymnastics program creates an enriching environment where children ages 3 months to 6 years develop fundamental movement skills. We combine structured activities with imaginative play to establish strong foundations for future athletic success. Programs include Parent & Tot/Mommy & Me classes, Bronze Babies, and Super Silvers.
Recreational Gymnastics
Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja’s recreational gymnastics classes of Smithtown foster physical literacy through expert instruction for children ages 5 and above. Each 90-minute class builds strength, flexibility, and confidence while maintaining an atmosphere of enjoyment and achievement. Our recreational program includes instruction on all Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, floor exercise, and vault.
Advanced Gymnastics
Our advanced gymnastics programs carry forward Gold Medal’s tradition of excellence under the guidance of our USAG Head Coach. From Mini-Team to Elite training, we provide pathways for every aspiring competitive gymnast. Our advanced programs have successfully placed athletes in prestigious university programs, including Brown and Cornell Universities.
Ninja Warrior Training
Our innovative ninja warrior program represents the evolution of athletic training at Gold Medal. Combining gymnastics fundamentals with obstacle course challenges, we’ve created an exciting environment where children build both physical capabilities and mental resilience. Programs are available for all ages, from Ninja Babies (walking to 3 years) to Advanced Ninja training.
Tumbling & Trampoline
Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and athletes, our tumbling program focuses on essential acrobatic elements. Under expert guidance, students progress through beginner flipping class, advanced flipping class, and Dancenastics, mastering skills like back handsprings and aerials. Our state-of-the-art facility includes spring floors, professional trampolines, and foam pits for safe skill progression.
Exclusive Programs
Experience personalized instruction tailored to your child’s specific goals with our exclusive One-on-One classes or create your own Mini Group (2-4 students) with friends. These customized sessions allow students to focus on their chosen skills and events, with flexible scheduling during off-peak hours. Perfect for accelerated learning or focused skill development.
